Rinse the quinoa well and soak it for 10 minutes. Put it in a saucepan with 3 teacups of water and cook until ready (it takes about 10-12 minutes). Then drain it and leave for 5-10 minutes to cool in a large bowl.
During this time, wash and cut the fruits. Add a teaspoon of GOLDEN HONEY to the already cooled quinoa and stir to mix well. Arrange the fruit on top and stir lightly. Finally, sprinkle with walnuts.
Distribute in bowls, serve and enjoy.
